DOME TOUR 2009關於LAWSON ticket的抽選

想請問一下各位先進，

Lawson的抽選是不是要"付費"會員才能參加?

他有分LEncore會員 9/26 ~ 9/29

另外一種是10/1 ~ 10/11 的，這是一般免費會員就能抽的嗎??
