There is another chance: 2011年7月9日（土）15:00～7月19日（火）23:59
Try this, it's open to everyone, not only FC member.
I've applied tickets in website, the result will be announced on 8 July.
But it's not 3 Sep, it's 4 Sep......If I was elected, will you consider my ticket?
Or you can buy tickets in Yahoo auction, not so expensive^^
Hope you can watch the concert.
